Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages the CMS, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

Collaboration with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and Tech partners turns business requirements into reliable experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS knowledge and front-end issue diagnosis.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance QA.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of CMS, pages, templates, and publishing workflows.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across lines of business.
• Build/update pages with components, coordinating with designers and developers.
• Lead QA and release readiness for content accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor site health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, metadata, and SEO basics.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements clearly.
• Support campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create governance and reusable processes; clarify ownership and standards.
• Use analytics/tools to identify issues and share concise recommendations.
