Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages CMS, publishing intake, releases, and technical health, with a focus on accessibility and search readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and the ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, and QA.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4 or Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines and translate needs into plans and release schedules.
• Build and update pages using established components and coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for major changes.
• Lead website QA and release readiness focusing on content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and metadata for SEO readiness.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with Marketing Ops.
• Create governance and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Use analytics and tooling to identify issues and share concise recommendations.
