Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this hands-on role will manage the CMS, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness.

You will partner with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners to translate business

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Experience with modern CMS: WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS; ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, or similar site-health tools.
• Strong PM and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and prioritization process for website requests across business lines.
• Lead website QA and release readiness for content and features.
