Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of its public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages the content management system, publishing intake, releases, accessibility, and SEO readiness of our web properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• HTML and CSS knowledge; diagnose front-end issues.
• SEO, site health, redirects, and performance experience.
• Experience with GA4 or similar analytics.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Documentation and cross-brand collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration, pages, templates, and publishing workflows.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across brands.
• Build and update pages with established components; coordinate with designers and developers.
• Lead QA and release readiness, accessibility, and tracking checks.
• Monitor website health, performance, and core web vitals; SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements clearly.
• Handle campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create governance and reusable processes for ownership and approvals.
• Use analytics and Search Console to identify issues and recommend improvements.
