Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

The Website Manager will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Experience with modern CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful.
• HTML and CSS knowledge to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Strong PM and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong documentation in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS: pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across lines of business.
• Build/update pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for new features.
• Lead QA and release readiness: content accuracy, accessibility, links, forms, tracking, browser compatibility.
• Monitor website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for partners.
