Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd.

This hands-on role will manage the CMS, publishing intake, releases, accessibility, and SEO readiness, partnering with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and tech teams to deliver reliable website experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful, or similar).
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, performance, and QA.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools (GA4, Search Console, etc.).
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-brand environment.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, pages, templates, components, permissions, and publishing workflows.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines and plan releases.
• Build and update pages and landing pages using established components with designers, developers, and agencies for new functionality.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, including accessibility, tracking, and browser compatibility.
• Monitor and improve website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with Marketing Ops.
• Create governance and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Use analytics and SEO tools to identify issues and share recommendations.
