Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

The Website Manager will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS (WordPress/Webflow/HubSpot/Contentful).
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and troubleshooting front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, performance, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines and translate needs into release schedules.
• Build/update pages and landing pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for new functionality.
• Lead website QA and release readiness: content accuracy, accessibility, tracking, and cross-browser checks.
• Monitor website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, and structured content for SEO.
• Maintain forms and routine integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with Marketing Operations.
