Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

The Website Manager will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing or web development.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites and modern CMS.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills and ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with analytics, site health, and SEO fundamentals.
• Proven project-management and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration, templates, and publishing workflows.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and release schedules across brands.
• Build/update pages with designers and developers; coordinate changes.
• Lead QA, accessibility, tracking, and post-launch checks.
• Monitor performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and metadata.
• Maintain forms, integrations, and documentation for partners.
• Oversee campaign tracking, consent tools, and landing tests.
• Create governance docs and reusable processes for efficiency.
• Use analytics tools to identify issues and provide actionable insights.
