Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

The Website Manager will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Experience with modern CMS: WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end issue diagnosis.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration (pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, content structure).
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across lines of business.
• Build/update pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for new functionality.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, including accessibility, links, forms, tracking, and performance checks.
• Monitor site health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and SEO fundamentals.
