Job summary

RethinkFirst seeks a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages the CMS, publishing intake, releases, and technical health, accessibility, and search readiness.

You will collaborate with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners to translate business requirements into reliable web experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites using a modern CMS.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful, or similar CMS.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS; ability to diagnose front-end and integration issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Proficient with web analytics tools (GA4, Search Console) and site-health monitoring.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through in multi-brand environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer CMS daily operations including pages, templates, permissions, and workflows.
• Prioritize website requests across lines and plan releases.
• Build pages and landing pages using established components with designers/devs as needed.
• Lead QA and release readiness for content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor site health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and SEO fundamentals.
• Document technical requirements for partners and manage integrations.
• Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create governance and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Use analytics and Search Console to identify issues and share recommendations.
