Zusammenfassung

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own day-to-day operations, quality, and governance of public marketing sites for RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. You will manage the CMS, intake processes, QA, accessibility, and SEO readiness while collaborating with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and Technical partners.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on CMS experience (WordPress/Webflow/HubSpot/Contentful), basic HTML/CSS skills, and strong project management.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Experience publishing through a modern CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful).
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage integrations, forms, and campaign tracking.
• Experience with GA4, Search Console, or similar analytics tools.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day CMS administration: pages, templates, components, permissions, workflows.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across lines of business.
• Lead QA and release readiness for content accuracy, accessibility, and SEO basics.
• Monitor health, performance, uptime, and Core Web Vitals; implement improvements.
• Coordinate with partners on tracking, consent management, and tests.
• Document requirements for internal or external development teams.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks.
