RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages the CMS, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness, partnering with Performance Marketing and Content teams to deliver reliable website experiences.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites on a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, and release QA.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4 or Google Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-brand environment.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving and follow-through skills.

• Administer the CMS day-to-day: pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows.
• Prioritize website requests across lines of business and plan releases.
• Build pages using established components; coordinate with designers and developers.
• Lead QA and release readiness for accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor site health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements clearly.
• Implement tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create governance and reusable processes for ownership and standards.
