RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing sites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this hands-on role will manage the CMS, publishing intake, releases, accessibility, and search readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing sites with a modern CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot) and solid HTML/CSS

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and diagnosing frontend issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 / Google Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines and plan releases.
• Build and update pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, including accessibility and tracking.
• Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking and consent management with marketing teams.
• Create governance and reusable processes for faster ownership and approvals.
