RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own day‑to‑day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS; diagnose front-end/template issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience using web analytics tools such as GA4 or Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake/prioritization for website requests across business lines and plan releases.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, performance, redirects, crawlability, and metadata.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for partners.
• Implement and maintain campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create web governance and reusable processes for ownership and approvals.
• Use analytics/tools to identify issues and offer recommendations.
