Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role coordinating CMS, intake, releases, health, accessibility, and search readiness with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years managing production marketing sites with a modern CMS, plus HTML/CSS, SEO, and analytics expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and ability to diagnose frontend issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, and QA.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4 or Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows.
• Manage intake and prioritization of website requests across business lines and plan releases.
• Build and update pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, performance, redirects, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with Marketing.
• Create governance and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and provide recommendations.
