Job summary

RethinkFirst seeks a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages CMS, publishing intake, releases, health, accessibility, and SEO readiness, partnering with Performance Marketing, Creative/Brand, Content, and Marketing Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years’ hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, performance, and QA.
• Experience using GA4 or Search Console for analytics and site health.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows.
• Manage intake for website requests and translate needs into release schedules.
• Build and update pages using existing components; coordinate with designers, developers, agencies.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, ensuring accessibility and tracking accuracy.
• Monitor health, performance, redirects, and metadata for SEO.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking and landing-page tests with Marketing Ops.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes.
• Use analytics tools to identify issues and propose improvements.
