Job summary

RethinkFirst seeks a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages the CMS, publishing intake, releases, accessibility, and search readiness while partnering with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, and technical teams to deliver reliable web experiences.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end issue diagnosis.
• Experience with technical SEO and accessibility.
• Experience with analytics and site-health tools.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to document clearly in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration (pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows).
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across brands; plan releases.
• Build and update pages using established components; coordinate with design/development teams.
• Lead QA and release readiness for accessibility, accuracy, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and SEO basics.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking and consent-management requirements with Marketing ops.
• Create governance and reusable processes for ownership and approvals.
• Use analytics and Search Console to identify issues and suggest improvements.
