RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of its public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages the CMS, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of web properties.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and release quality assurance.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools (GA4, Google Search Console).
• Strong project- and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-brand environment.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day administration of CMS pages, templates, components, and workflows.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across brands.
• Lead QA and release readiness for content, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and SEO basics.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and Tech teams to deliver reliable website experiences.
