Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Timekeeping Coordinator to provide central administrative timekeeping support for industrial front‑line employees and leaders. You will act as a timekeeping system SME, assisting managers with timecard review, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure accurate payroll.

The role emphasizes compliant, timely timekeeping, data integrity, and high‑level service to HR, Payroll, and People Partners, with standard hours 8am–5pm PDT and the option to work remotely.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in administrative, HR or payroll support.
  • Timekeeping experience or compliance exposure preferred.
  • Experience assisting managers with timecard/pay questions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as timekeeping system superuser for client accounts.
  • Run daily reports to identify payroll issues.
  • Escalate errors to operations leadership.
  • Reconcile PTO weekly before payroll close.
  • Audit schedules for compliance in the timekeeping system.
  • Handle high-volume requests and maintain timely responses.
  • Build relationships with support teams and field staff.
  • Identify process improvements and coordinate scalable solutions.
