Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Timekeeping Coordinator to provide centralized timekeeping support for frontline employees and managers. You will act as a system SME, run daily payroll‑quality reports, and help resolve issues while maintaining compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work in a high‑volume, remote hourly environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business administration, human resources, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years in administrative, HR, payroll support, timekeeping, or customer service.
  • Timekeeping experience and compliance exposure preferred.
  • Experience supporting managers or employees with timecard/payroll questions.
  • Experience in a high-volume environment (200+ employees) preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with UKG/Kronos, Smartsheet, JD Edwards is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as timekeeping system superuser for multiple client accounts.
  • Run daily reports to catch payroll errors and report to field leadership.
  • Escalate errors to senior Operations leaders and manage escalation paths.
  • Reconcile weekly PTO before payroll close and enforce schedules for compliance.
  • Support managers and employees with timecard, pay, and payroll questions.
  • Develop scalable process improvements and collaborate with leadership.
