Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Timekeeping Coordinator to provide central administrative timekeeping support across field teams. You will act as a system superuser, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance while delivering world-class customer service.

This remote role offers exposure to multiple client accounts, requires strong MS Office skills and knowledge of UKG Kronos, and invites proactive process improvements to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 3 years of administration or customer service/support.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office; Experience with UKG Kronos, Smartsheet, and JD Edwards a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and resolve a variety of issues.
  • Relationship-building skills; must have a passion for helping people.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Up to 10% travel annually.

Responsibilities

  • Drive on tasks related to special projects that increase efficiency and lower costs.
  • Other tasks & duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Description Summary

The Timekeeping Coordinator provides central administrative timekeeping support to teams of industrial front-line employees and their leaders. This subject matter expert will have a deep understanding of the organizational timekeeping system, policies, and procedures. This role is meant to assist and enable field leaders to better manage timekeeping according to compliance standards with a world-class customer service approach to support.

This job is remote and can be anywhere in the United States.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $24.52 - $28.85
