Job summary

Cribl is hiring a Solutions Engineer to join a remote-first team serving customers across the Western region of the United States. You will help clients unlock Cribl's data observability capabilities, delivering demos, workshops, and scalable technical consultations across multiple opportunities.

The role requires at least 3 years in Sales Engineering with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security; security industry experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Engineering focused on Logs, Metrics, IT operations and Security.
• Experience supporting customers in a high-velocity sales environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, delivering technical discovery and demonstrations at scale.
• As a remote-first team member, may work outside standard hours across time zones.
