Job summary

Cribl is hiring a Solutions Engineer for a remote role focused in the Western United States. You’ll help customers uncover Cribl’s value, demo the product, and support workshops and proofs of concept in a fast-moving sales environment.

With 3+ years in sales engineering with logs, metrics, IT operations and security, you’ll work across time zones and may occasionally align outside standard hours. Compensation includes base salary and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple opportunities and delivering repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale.
