Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales engineering for logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Residence in the Western United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment across multiple time zones.
• May be required to work outside standard hours.
