Cribl, a remote‑first data observability company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the Western region of the United States. You will help customers unlock Cribl's value in real‑world environments, guiding them from discovery through implementation.

You will demo the product, answer questions during sales calls, support proofs of concept, and document compelling use cases. This role requires at least 3 years in Sales Engineering with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security; security

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment with multiple opportunities.
• Occasionally work outside standard hours due to across time zones.
