Cribl is a remote-first company seeking a Solutions Engineer in the Western United States to help customers unlock the full potential of Cribl in real-world environments. You will support customers at every stage, demo the product, and assist in workshops and proofs of concept.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Sales Engineering experience with Logs, Metrics, IT operations and security, plus strong storytelling and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales Engineering experience with logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering efficient, repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale
• May be required to work outside standard hours due to time-zone distribution
