WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead high voltage substations and transmission line projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and client relations across the South and Southwest regions, with opportunities for remote work and periodic in-person meetings.

Responsibilities include guiding project teams, performing risk and contract reviews, and maintaining QA/QC standards while delivering on client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field in Power & Energy Market.
• 12 years of post-education experience in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years leading engineering and/or construction teams for high voltage/substation or transmission line projects.
• Experience with project management processes and tools: contract management, meeting management, earned value management, risk management, schedule management (Primavera P6 or equivalent), financial management.

Responsabilités

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV Substation and/or Transmission Line projects, including design, budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and report project progress to clients and leadership.
• Lead pursuit/initiatives: go/no-go decisions, contract reviews, risk mitigation, pricing reviews.
• Participate in contract negotiations and client presentations as needed.
• Direct technical reviews, assign qualified staff, and ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide trusted advisory services to clients.
• Manage staff performance and provide guidance to project team members.
• Maintain project documentation: risk, PMP, QP, PSP, and communications plans.
