Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power Delivery Senior Project Manager to lead the project management team in delivering Substation, Transmission and Distribution projects across the US. The role focuses on EPC project leadership, cost control, scheduling, risk and client liaison.

The SPM will mentor engineers and managers, drive QA/QC and safety, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid office environment, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PMP considered.
• PE license preferred.
• 12+ years in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for EPC substation, transmission and distribution projects.
• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, reporting and governance.
• Mentor project staff and ensure QA/QC and safety standards.
• Engage stakeholders, manage risk, and drive contract and commercial reviews.
