Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Power Delivery Project Manager to lead technical, administrative, and commercial management of electric transmission, distribution, and substation projects across the southeast. You will oversee proposal development, planning, procurement, construction, and closeout, ensuring compliance with WSP standards and client requirements.

You will base in TX or LA with the ability to work remotely from the southeast region and travel to client offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years in project management or senior technical leadership in power delivery.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle from proposal to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale utility infrastructure projects across transmission, distribution, and substation scopes.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and risk management plans for assigned portfolios.
• Lead governance, QA/QC, safety, and delivery standards across projects.
• Mentor project managers and engineers, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
