GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid search, paid social, and programmatic strategy from a data-driven perspective. You will optimize budgets, drive revenue and pipeline, and partner with agencies and internal teams to align with business goals.

You will design testing roadmaps, build funnel visibility, and deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership. This role emphasizes analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote US

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid media or performance marketing with multi-channel depth.
• Strong data skills, able to derive insights from GA4/SQL/BI dashboards.
• Experience designing experiments and applying attribution methods.
• Proven track record owning multi-channel budgets against outcomes.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and holding partners accountable.
• Excellent communication and executive presence for leadership audiences.
• B2B SaaS or subscription experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across search, social, and programmatic.
