GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic from a remote US base. You’ll dig into data to uncover growth drivers, align with revenue targets, and steer agencies and internal teams toward measurable outcomes.

You’ll design testing roadmaps, build end-to-end funnel visibility, and translate insights into actionable plans for leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paid media/performance marketing experience across two of paid search, paid social, or programmatic.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Manage and allocate paid media budget across channels to hit revenue/pipeline targets.
• Direct agency partners and internal stakeholders with clear priorities and testing roadmaps.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered discovery for future investment.
• Develop data-driven testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, and channels.
• Build end-to-end funnel visibility from impression to conversion.
• Own channel reporting, dashboards, and data partner collaborations.
• Design experiments and analyze results with statistical rigor.
• Assess attribution and incrementality to optimize spend.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
