GoTo is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who will own the paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic. You’ll partner with agencies and internal teams to drive growth, optimize spend, and tie every initiative to revenue and pipeline targets.

In this remote role based in the US, you’ll lead analytics, attribution, and experimentation, translating data into clear recommendations for leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong analytics using GA4, SQL, BI, dashboards, and Excel.
• Experience designing experiments and using attribution/incrementality methods.
• Proven track record of multi-channel budget ownership against revenue targets.
• Experience with agency partners and accountability.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Owning the end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic, and keeping it aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Managing and allocating the paid media budget across channels, and optimizing for efficiency and performance against revenue and pipeline targets.
• Directing agency partners and internal stakeholders across, setting clear priorities, testing roadmaps, and performance standards so each channel is accountable to clear goals.
• Evaluating new channels, platforms, and tactics, including how AI-powered discovery is changing paid media, and deciding where to invest next.
• Developing testing roadmap from creative, audiences, channels, platforms, etc. based on data-driven insights and industry wide best practices.
