GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid search, paid social, and programmatic strategies, aligning with revenue and pipeline goals. You will oversee budgets, testing roadmaps, and agency partnerships, turning data into actionable insights.

With 7+ years in paid media, you will drive experimentation, attribution, and incrementality, delivering clear performance narratives to senior leadership. Remote US role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in at least two of: paid search, paid social, or programmatic.
• Strong analytical foundation with data-driven mindset; comfortable deriving insight from data using GA4, SQL, BI, and dashboards.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments, and applying attribution and incrementality to inform budget decisions.
• Proven track record of owning and allocating multi-channel budgets against revenue or pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Managing and allocating the paid media budget across channels and optimizing for revenue targets.
• Directing agency partners and internal stakeholders with clear testing roadmaps and performance standards.
• Evaluating new channels, platforms, and tactics, including AI-powered discovery, and deciding where to invest next.
• Developing testing roadmaps based on data-driven insights and best practices.
