Qualifications

• 7+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to derive insight from raw data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Manage and allocate the paid media budget to hit revenue/pipeline targets.
• Direct agency partners and internal teams with clear priorities and testing roadmaps.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered discovery to inform investment decisions.
• Develop data-driven testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, and channels.
