Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid strategy across search, social, and programmatic. You will drive funnel visibility, run experiments, and coordinate with agencies to optimize revenue and pipeline.

You’ll translate data into strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners. You will work remotely in the United States, leveraging GA4, SQL, BI tools, and Excel to design tests, track performance, and allocate budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Deep data mindset with ability to go from raw data to insight.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments and attribution methods.
• Track record of owning multi‑channel budgets against revenue/pipeline targets.
• Experience with agency partners and accountability for performance.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with ability to tell a clear data story.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Manage and allocate paid media budget across channels for efficiency and revenue targets.
• Direct agency partners and internal teams; set priorities and testing roadmaps with clear goals.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered discovery; decide where to invest next.
• Develop data-driven testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, platforms.
• Build end-to-end funnel visibility and trusted performance dashboards.
