• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical foundation with data-to-insight skills.
• Proficiency with GA4, SQL, BI and dashboarding tools, and Excel.

• Manage and allocate the paid media budget across channels to hit revenue/pipeline targets.
