Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you will lead presales, shape solution designs across protection systems and workflows, and contribute to standards bodies. This is a remote role with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
• 9+ years of technical business development in grid automation or power systems.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. utility market dynamics and IEEE/IEC 61850 standards; digital substation architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based models in energy.
• Familiarity with DERMS, DLR, and network state estimation.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead US market strategy for grid automation opportunities.
• Act as grid automation SME; lead presales activities and support solution design.
• Contribute to standards (IEEE, IEC) and interoperability frameworks.
