Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
• 9+ years in technical business development in grid automation or power systems.
• Knowledge of US utility market dynamics and standards (IEEE, IEC 61850).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Market strategy leadership to drive US growth and market penetration.
• Technical engagement as grid automation SME, leading presales activities and solution design.
• Standards influence through IEEE/IEC working groups and interoperability framing.
• Ecosystem & innovation: build strategic partnerships and evolve offerings like SSC600/SMU600.
