GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to support the continued enhancement and operations of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. This position is fully remote within the United States and operates in an Agile Scrum environment.

You will collaborate with the functional and testing teams, mentor other developers, and leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence to deliver modern functionality.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality within Dynamics (Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging).
• Experience with Call Center, IVR is REQUIRED.
• C#, .Net, JavaScript, FetchXML experience.
• Experience in SDLC documentation (Design Documents, Implementation Plans, deployments).
• Attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals.
• Provide support to Operations/Production troubleshooting.
