Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal, driving new technology and functionality. This role supports an Agile Scrum environment and is fully remote within the United States.

You will implement user stories, mentor developers, and leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, and Chat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• 5 years of Power Platform and Portals experience.
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and Dynamics modules (Copilot Studio, Chat).
• Experience with Call Center and IVR.
• C#, .Net, Javascript, FetchXML experience.
• Experience in SDLC documentation such as design documents and deployment plans.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals.
• Provide support to Operations/Production troubleshooting.
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.
• Clearance required: PBGC Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the functional and testing teams, and other developers to implement user stories and feedback on acceptance criteria.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.
