Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to handle multiple items per sprint. This position is fully remote within the United States.

You will collaborate with functional and testing teams, mentor developers, and apply AI features in Dynamics such as Copilot Studio, IVR and Chat to improve service delivery. Strong C#, .NET and FetchXML skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with Power Platform and Portals.
• Lead Call Center/IVR implementations and related Dynamics modules.
• Call Center/IVR experience is REQUIRED.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML.
• Experience with SDLC docs and deployment plans.
• Detail-oriented with Dynamics and Portals knowledge.
• Support Operations/Production troubleshooting.
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Must obtain PBGC Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional/testing teams and other developers to implement user stories and validate acceptance criteria.
• Mentor other developers and work with senior team members.
• Apply AI features in Dynamics (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence) to enhance service.
