Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. This full-time, fully remote role requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to manage multiple items in a sprint.

You will collaborate with functional and testing teams, mentor developers, and leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence. A PBGC Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Power Platform and Portals experience.
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR and related Dynamics modules.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Chat and Secure Messaging.
• Call Center/IVR experience is required.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript and FetchXML.
• Experience with SDLC documentation and deployment planning.
• Agile Scrum experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain PBGC Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams and other developers to implement user stories.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence).
