Job summary

Munters is seeking a Retrofit Sales Manager (Southeast) working remotely from home with light travel. You will manage service sales for Retrofit installations, coordinate with engineering teams, and drive growth across the installed base.

The role requires 3–5 years in capital equipment project management, strong communication, and engineering education. Travel is limited to 1–2 trips per quarter, with frequent collaboration across sales and technical staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within a capital equipment environment
• Excellent speaking, writing, and listening communication skills
• Leadership skills to effectively manage projects
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of CRM Programs

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales activities for Retrofit installations, including refurbishment and modernization
• Identify and research installation base for RFE projects and new opportunities
• Coordinate between Engineering and Applications teams to ensure RFE viability
• Make presentations to prospective customers and sales channels
• Ensure project goals for cost and schedule are met
• Travel as needed to meet project schedules and objectives; conduct field surveys of facilities
• Generate leads and quotations, track and follow up on proposals
• Negotiate terms and close orders; maintain margins and reporting
