Job summary

Munters is seeking a Retrofit Sales Manager for the Southeast region. This remote-from-home role covers FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX with modest travel (1–2 trips/quarter, 3–5 days).

You will lead service sales for retrofit installations, develop RFE proposals, and coordinate with engineering teams to grow the service business. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in capital equipment project management, HVAC components knowledge, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within a capital equipment environment.
• Experience with components used in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent speaking, writing, and listening communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales activities for Retrofit installations and modernization.
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals and close orders.
• Travel roughly 1–2 trips per quarter (3–5 days per trip).
• Forecast orders and sales monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Coordinate with internal Engineering and Applications teams to ensure RFE viability.
