Job summary

Munters is seeking a Retrofit Sales Manager for the Southeast Region. This remote-from-home role covers FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX with light travel to client sites.

You will manage service sales for Retrofit installations, prepare quotes, and build strong customer relationships to grow the service business and profitability.

Travel is roughly 1–2 trips per quarter, lasting 3–5 days, coordinating with engineering and applications teams to ensure RFE viability and successful proposals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within a capital equipment environment.
• Experience with components used in HVAC industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent speaking and writing communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers in the Southeast region (FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX).
• Identify potential Retrofit for Energy (RFE) projects and growth opportunities.
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals for service products and materials.
• Communicate with engineering and applications teams to ensure RFE viability.
