Job summary

Munters is seeking a Retrofit Sales Manager for the Southeast region. The role focuses on service sales for retrofit installations, refurbishment, and modernization with minimal travel (roughly 1–2 trips per quarter). Remote from home with regional travel within FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, proposals, and quotes; building customer relationships; and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure project success and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within a capital equipment environment.
• Experience with and working knowledge of components used in HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales activities for Retrofit installations, refurbishment, and modernization.
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals.
• Develop relationships with key customer contacts in the region.
• Forecast orders and sales monthly, quarterly, and annually.
