Munters Corporation is looking for a Retrofit Sales Manager to cover the Southeast region from a remote-from-home setup. The role involves minimal travel—roughly 1–2 trips per quarter—to support retrofit installations and service upgrades across multiple states.

The candidate will manage service sales activities, prepare quotations, and coordinate with engineering to ensure viable retrofit and modernization projects.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in project management within a capital equipment environment.
• Experience with and working knowledge of components used in HVAC industry.
• Good trouble shooting and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
• Excellent speaking, writing, and listening communication skills.
• Leadership skills that help you effectively manage projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Working knowledge of CRM Programs.

Responsabilités

• Southest region includes FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX and candidate must reside in region.
• Establish rapport and develop relationships with key customer contacts within assigned region.
• Identify and research installation base for potential RFE projects and future business development opportunities.
• Coordinate between internal Engineering and Applications teams to ensure RFE viability.
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals.
• Make presentations to prospective customers and sales channels.
• Ensure projects meet goals for cost and schedule.
• Travel as necessary to meet project schedules and objectives.
• Perform field surveys of customer facilities for refurbishment and modernization.
• Generate leads, issue quotations, track and follow up on service proposals.
• Negotiate Terms and Conditions of Sale and close orders.
• Ensure sales are at acceptable sell price and profit margin.
• Provide monthly reports for Regional Service Manager Forecast Orders and Sales.
