Job summary

Munters is seeking a Retrofit Sales Manager for the Southeast region. The role focuses on managing service sales for retrofit installations, preparing quotations, and coordinating with engineering and service teams to drive growth in the service business.

Responsibilities include leading regional sales efforts, developing customer relationships, and ensuring projects meet cost and schedule goals. The position is remote from home with light travel (1–2 trips a quarter) and requires 3–5 years in

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within a capital equipment environment.
• Experience with HVAC components and systems.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales activities for retrofit installations in the Southeast.
• Prepare estimates and proposals; present to customers and channels.
• Coordinate with engineering and service teams to ensure RFE viability.
• Forecast orders and track project costs and schedules.
• Travel ~1–2 trips per quarter; ensure on-time project delivery.
• Generate leads and close orders with solid margins.
