Job summary

Munters seeks a Retrofit Sales Manager for the Southeast region. The role focuses on service sales for Retrofit installations, refurbishment, and modernization of existing bases.

travel is minimal (about 1–2 trips per quarter, 3-5 days per trip) and involves coordinating with engineering and sales teams to generate quotes and close deals. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in project management within capital equipment, HVAC knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a capital equipment environment.
• Experience with HVAC components and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales in Retrofit installations and refurbishments.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for RFE projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, applications, and sales teams to ensure viability.
• Travel 1–2 trips per quarter (3–5 days each).
• Forecast orders and sales monthly, quarterly, and annually.
