Cribl is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to shape and scale our partner ecosystem. You will define content, materials, and tools to support partner programs and drive revenue, collaborating across teams in a remote-first setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in partner ops/marketing, experience with Salesforce/PRMs, and a strategic, detail‑oriented mindset to align global partner initiatives with compliance and policy.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in the data security and IT spaces.
• Demonstrated innovation, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRMs and/or other similar systems
• Experience in aligning global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance and policy
• 3-5 years experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan
• Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
• BA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree from a top university a plus
